Shared Cluster Access

A GSDS account is required to login to the shared cluster. All users in the Department of Genome Sciences are eligible for cluster access. If you have any questions about the cluster, check out the below documentation or contact GS-ITS.

Shared Cluster Etiquette

If your jobs take longer than sixty minutes to complete, do not use more than half of the available processing slots at one time. If your jobs take sixty minutes or less to complete, you may use all the slots and submit as many jobs as you like.
